I started my journey to Health and Fitness at the age of 35, with a total weight loss of 468lbs, weighing in at 592lbs.
My fitness journey was filled with frustrations, struggles, and bad choices. I lived in fear of eating because I didn't want to be fat again. It took me my whole life to understand that Nutrition is the foundation for everything you do. I know from experience how difficult it is to stay focused on what matters most; so I created the 5 Week Transformation Program.
