I started my journey to Health and Fitness at the age of 35, with a total weight loss of 468lbs, weighing in at 592lbs.

My fitness journey was filled with frustrations, struggles, and bad choices. I lived in fear of eating because I didn't want to be fat again. It took me my whole life to understand that Nutrition is the foundation for everything you do. I know from experience how difficult it is to stay focused on what matters most; so I created the 12 Week Transformation Program.

I've been assisting my clients in overcoming barriers to their weight loss, well-being, and general lifestyle since 2016. I believe that it's far too short a life to be unhappy, uncertain, or unsatisfied - because if you are, how can you give from the heart? I'm here to assist you in identifying and removing the hurdles holding you back so you can live your best life ever!
